  • Variation of Pronouns All pronouns and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to masculine, feminine or neuter, singular or plural, as the identity of the Person or Persons may require.

  • Execution and Incorporation of Terms The parties to this Terms Agreement will enter into this Terms Agreement by executing the Omnibus Instrument. By executing the Omnibus Instrument, each party hereto agrees that this Terms Agreement will constitute a legal, valid and binding agreement by and among such parties.   • Preparation of Agreement This Agreement shall not be construed more strongly against any party regardless of who is responsible for its preparation. The parties acknowledge each contributed and is equally responsible for its preparation.

  • Evaluation of Students Acknowledging the District’s adopted grading system, the teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of a student. No grade or evaluation shall be changed except by the teacher with the approval of the building administrator.
