SALARIES (EDUCATORS. 52.1 The salaries payable to Diploma Qualified and Certificate III Educators shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of this clause and Schedule 2. 52.2 The weekly rate of pay for a full time employee will be determined by dividing the annual salary rate by 52.18 and the fortnightly rate by dividing the annual rate by 26.09. 52.3 Where the salary rates payable under this Agreement are lower than the salary currently paid to the employee, the employee will continue to be paid at their current rate. 52.4 Where clause 52.3 applies, future salary increases under this Agreement may be absorbed within the employee’s current salary until such time as the applicable salary rate in the Agreement exceeds the existing salary rate for the employee. 52.5 The first salary increase under this Agreement will be paid as from the first pay period commencing on or after 13 August 2015. 52.6 Subsequent increases in the salary rates for classifications set out in Schedule 2 will be paid as from the first pay period commencing on or after the date specified in the Schedule.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 4 years of IT work experience in data modeling, data analysis, relational DBMS design and support and relevant computing environments.

  • Special Education Teachers Elementary/Secondary Special Education Coordinators shall be compensated for an extended work day in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000).

  • Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Personnel Security 6.1 Staff recruitment in accordance with government requirements for pre- employment checks; 6.2 Staff training and awareness of Departmental security and any specific contract requirements.
