Transmission of Deposits. Registrar shall transmit all Deposits to Escrow Agent as Electronic Deposits unless Registrar has obtained prior written consent from both ICANN and Escrow Agent to submit Deposits as Physical Deposits and such consent has not been withdrawn by either ICANN or Escrow Agent. Consent to submit Deposits as Physical Deposits will only be granted in extraordinary circumstances.

Transmission of Deposits. 4.1. You shall properly install and use all software and hardware required by this Agreement or otherwise required for, or related to, the use of the Service. You shall (a) endorse each Check to be deposited in accordance with the following: “For Deposit Only” followed by your name, (b) scan the front and back of each Check to be deposited and thereby capture the image of the front and back of each Check, and (c) transmit the deposit containing the images of such Checks to us or our Processor in accordance with the Procedures. We reserve the right to amend the Procedures, with or without prior notice to you. We may also provide you with, or require you to establish, a User ID, a personal identification number (“PIN”) and/or passwords and other procedures (collectively, “Security Procedures”) to access the Service. The specific Security Procedures will be described in the Procedures. You agree to, at all times, (a) comply with the Procedures, (b) safeguard the confidentiality and security of the Procedures, Security Procedures and all other proprietary property or information we provide to you in connection with the Service and (c) notify us immediately if you have any reason to believe the security or confidentiality required by this provision has been or may be breached. You acknowledge, understand and agree the Security Procedures are not designed for the detection of errors. We are not, and will not be, obligated to detect errors by you or others, even if we take certain actions from time to time to do so.
Transmission of Deposits. Notice of Acceptance. No deposit made via the Xxxxxxx Mobile service shall be valid against us until receipt of such deposit by us, as evidenced by written acknowledgement of receipt by us. We reserve the right to reject any check or item transmitted through this service, at our discretion, without liability to you. We are not responsible for any deposit made via the Xxxxxxx Mobile Deposit service that we do not receive, regardless of the reason. An image of a check or item shall be deemed received when you receive confirmation from us that we have received the image. Receipt of such confirmation does not mean that the transmission was error free, able to be processed or complete or that funds will be credited for that check or item. In the event you do not receive confirmation of receipt by us within twenty-four (24) hours of transmitting the deposit via the Xxxxxxx Mobile Deposit service, you shall contact us at 000-000-0000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are not responsible for any deposit made via the Xxxxxxx Mobile Deposit service that does not comply with the terms of this TOS, the Agreement, applicable law or any other requirement of us (including without limitation, check eligibility, image quality, late or missing deposits, or deposit and file limits specified by us). Email Notifications. You will receive a "deposit received" confirmation email once you have submitted a deposit. If your deposit was made before the Business Day cutoff of 5:00pm EST you will receive a second email within 4 hours after you have received the initial deposit received confirmation email informing you whether or not the deposit has been approved or declined. If your deposit is made after 5:00pm EST you may not receive the approval or decline email until the next Business Day. A Business Day is every day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. • Limits. We may establish limits that apply to the amount of any individual check, the dollar amount and number of checks that may be deposited in a day, and the dollar amount of checks that may be deposited in a multi-day period. If you associate one or more Consumer account(s) with one or more Business account(s) in your online profile, the “Business account” limits described below will apply, not only to your Business account(s), but also to the Consumer account(s) in your profile.   • Transmission of Data Customer understands that the technical processing and transmission of Customer’s Electronic Communications is fundamentally necessary to use of the Cloud Service. Customer is responsible for securing DSL, cable or another high speed Internet connection and up-to-date “browser” software in order to utilize the Cloud Service. Customer expressly consents to Oracle’s interception and storage of Electronic Communications and/or Customer Data as needed to provide the Services hereunder, and Customer acknowledges and understands that Customer’s Electronic Communications will involve transmission over the Internet, and over various networks, only part of which may be owned and/or operated by Oracle. Customer further acknowledges and understands that Electronic Communications may be accessed by unauthorized parties when communicated across the Internet, network communications facilities, telephone or other electronic means. Without limiting Oracle’s applicable obligations under the Security or Confidentiality Sections of this Agreement, Oracle is not responsible for any Electronic Communications and/or Customer Data which are delayed, lost, altered, intercepted or stored during the transmission of any data whatsoever across networks not owned and/or operated by Oracle, including, but not limited to, the Internet and Customer’s local network.

  • Transmission encryption All data transmissions of County PHI or PI outside the secure internal network must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES. Encryption can be end to end at the network level, or the data files containing PHI can be encrypted.
