Transmitters or Analysers. The Contractor shall recommend the selected transmitter type and the Employer will approve the transmitter type. The new transmitters must be mounted on manifolds where possible. The Contractor is responsible for the termination and cable work of the new transmitters. The new transmitters must be mounted on instrument racks, provided by the Contractor, subject to the approval of the Employer. Where, in exceptional instances, transmitters cannot be mounted in transducer racks, they are firmly mounted on stands or brackets as close as possible to tapping points to the Employer’s approval. The position should allow for safe and easy access for maintenance and calibration.  Stands and brackets shall be robust so that vibration, heat, and any other harmful environmental conditions do not affect installed instruments.  The ranges of all transmitters shall be in SI units.  The Employer’s aim is to have the smallest number of different ranges in stock. Transmitters with high turn down ratios which conform to accuracy/repeatability specification will be considered. The Contractor shall supply as part of his system documentation a full set of hook-up drawings for the transducers within his supply scope. All transmitters within the scope of supply of the Contractor shall conform to the following specifications:  Smart version  Two wire system.  Calibration and configuration performed by using a laptop or field device programmer. The transmitters should have the following features:  Tag which is able to accommodate eight numeric or text symbols.  High adjustable measurement range.  Low adjustable measurement range.  Adjustable display range.  Selectable engineering units.  Selectable measured value in mA, % or engineering units.  Indication of transmitter self-diagnostics.  Selectable fail safe condition.  Adjustable zero cut off function.  Output signal is a load independent direct current 4 to 20 mA. Rising linear, falling linear. Ripple =0.5 % of maximum output current.  Lower limit output: 3.84 mA  Upper limit output: 22mA  Error output: 3.6 mA (down-scale) or =22.8 mA (up-scale)

  • ELECTRONIC WORKFLOW SYSTEM OGS reserves the right to incorporate an electronic workflow system that may include elements of the Authorized User RFQ process. OGS reserves the right to post Authorized User Contract usage of Centralized Contracts. TRAVEL, MEALS AND LODGING - LOT 4 – IMPLEMENTATION ONLY For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses. All rules and regulations associated with this travel can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/travel/travel.htm. In no case will any travel reimbursement be charged that exceeds these rates. All travel will be paid only as specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with the associated services on the same Invoice with receipts attached. The Contractor shall receive prior approval from the Authorized User for any travel that occurs during the term of an Authorized User Agreement. Parking fees and/or parking tickets shall not be paid by an Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authorized User, a vehicle will not be provided by Authorized User to the Contractor for travel. Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost- effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. PERFORMANCE AND BID BONDS There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS Both parties may communicate by telephone, but it is agreed that no instructions that require action will be left on any messaging service since neither party can guarantee that they will be received or actioned.   • Electronic Backups Subrecipient shall ensure that all electronic information is protected by performing regular backups of automated files and databases and ensure the availability of information assets for continued business. Subrecipient shall ensure that all data, files, and backup files are encrypted.

  • Delivery of Materials In the event of any expiration or termination of this Agreement, Contractor shall promptly provide the JBE with all originals and copies of the Deliverables, including any partially-completed Deliverables-related work product or materials, and any JBE-provided materials in its possession, custody, or control. In the event of any termination of this Agreement, the JBE shall not be liable to Contractor for compensation or damages incurred as a result of such termination; provided that if the JBE’s termination is not for cause, the JBE shall pay any fees due under this Agreement for Services performed or Deliverables completed and accepted as of the date of the JBE’s termination Notice.

  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.
