Contract Administration Committee. Representatives of the Union and the District will meet at a mutually agreed upon date, place and time (normally once every month) for the purpose of reviewing the administration of the Agreement in force and attempting to resolve any other problems that may arise. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure and shall not constitute an invitation to continuously renegotiate the provisions of this Agreement. Both parties shall submit an agenda of items they wish to discuss at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled meeting. If no agenda items are submitted, the meeting may be cancelled. Neither party shall have control over the selection of representation of the other party; provided, however, neither party shall have more than four (4) representatives.

Representatives of the Federation and the College will meet on a mutually agreed upon date, place, and time at least once every month for the purpose of reviewing the administration of the Agreement in force and attempting to resolve problems having an impact on this Agreement that may arise from any college committee, group, or individual.
Contract Administration Committee. 15.1 This article establishes a Contract Administration Committee for the purpose of administering this Agreement composed of a District Vice President, the District Chief Negotiator, the CHI/CTA/NEA President or designee, and the CHI/CTA/NEA Chief Negotiator. The titles used relate to those individuals who by designation of the District or CHI/CTA/NEA are fulfilling all the normal duties of their respective positions. Advisors may be called as required but are excluded from voting and deliberation. The committee will meet on an as-needed basis by request of either the District or CHI/CTA/NEA. Action minutes will be kept as a record of each meeting. Applicable decisions reached by this group will be recorded and distributed by the parties to the District and CHI/CTA/NEA. The committee's decisions shall be binding as though part of this Agreement. All decisions shall be by unanimous vote. In the absence of one of the committee members, any decisions shall be held in abeyance until the full committee is able to meet.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Grant Administration The Centre will make payments to the Recipient according to the schedule set forth in Part 3 - Schedule of Project Milestones, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. The Recipient agrees that the payment of any Centre Funds under this Agreement is subject to its compliance with the conditions set out in this Agreement, including all attachments, as may be amended from time to time by the parties.

  • Contract Administrators The Architectural Designer and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Architectural Designer’s commencement of the Services. The Contract Administrators shall be in charge of the work covered by this Contract and the principal points of contact with respect to administration of this Contract and the parties’ overall relationship, and resolution of disputes arising hereunder. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Contract Administrator 22.1. ADMINISTRATOR will provide consultation and technical assistance in monitoring the terms of this Agreement

  • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.
