Transportation Impact Analyses a. An updated Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) for the Carolina North project shall be submitted in December 2009. Collection of new traffic and transportation data shall be undertaken for the December 2009 submission of the updated TIA. The TIA and all TIA updatesProduction and contents. Each transportation impact analysis (TIA) required by this Agreement shall be conducted according to the Town’s TransportationTraffic Impact Analysis Guidelines (TIA Guidelines) in effect at the time of preparation of the TIA. The cost of preparation of the TIA and subsequent updates shall be borne by the University and shall be conducted by an entity mutually agreed to by the Town and the University. Each TIA shall assess mode split, parking usage, and transit ridership for employees, students, residents, and visitors within the Carolina North Project. Each TIA shall analyze intersections for existing, no-build, and build conditions Level of Service (LOS) if the intersections meet the requirements outlined in the Town’s TIA Guidelines. The number of intersections requiring analysis may increase or decrease depending on whether the intersections meet the analysis criteria established in the TIA Guidelines. New traffic and transportation data shall be collected in September/October of the applicable year for each TIA update. Each TIA shall include an executive summary. To the extent feasible, projected construction traffic at Carolina North shall be considered in each TIA.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Environmental Health and Safety i. Environment, Health and Safety Performance. Seller acknowledges and accepts full and sole responsibility to maintain an environment, health and safety management system ("EMS") appropriate for its business throughout the performance of this Contract. Buyer expects that Seller’s EMS shall promote health and safety, environmental stewardship, and pollution prevention by appropriate source reduction strategies. Seller shall convey the requirement of this clause to its suppliers. Seller shall not deliver goods that contain asbestos mineral fibers.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK The Supplier shall undertake its obligations arising hereunder and in all Contracts in accordance with the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System or equivalent. Both parties shall take all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of the other party’s employees and agents visiting their premises. The Supplier shall notify the Authority of any use of substances listed under COSHH regulations or the Montreal Protocol in the provision of the Services.

  • Procurement Plan 8. The Borrower shall update the Procurement Plan as needed throughout implementation of the Project, and on each anniversary of the Effective Date, the Borrower shall in consultation with ADB determine whether the Procurement Plan needs to be updated. The Borrower shall implement the Procurement Plan in the manner in which it has been approved by ADB.

  • Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following:

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.
