Trash and Waste Disposal. No refuse shall be disposed overboard. All refuse is to be properly disposed of in the trash dumpster in the parking lot. Oil, batteries, etc. are not to be placed in the dumpster and should be removed from the premises and disposed of properly. No sewage or sanitary waste shall be pumped overboard in the marina. Pump- out facilities are provided for removal of sewage at no charge to marina users. No person shall discharge oil, fuel, spirits or chemicals into the waters of Xxxxxxx Cove. Trash bins inside the clubhouse are for food and paper waste generated by clubhouse users only.

Trash and Waste Disposal. All trash shall be deposited in trash containers. NMP reserves the right to set fees for the disposal of any items left at the track that must be disposed of by a disposal company, including items such as used tires, batteries, fuel barrels, etc. Do not place any petroleum products in trash containers.

Related to Trash and Waste Disposal

  • Waste Disposal Tenant shall store its waste either inside the Premises or within outside trash enclosures that are fully fenced and screened in compliance with all Private Restrictions, and designed for such purpose. All entrances to such outside trash enclosures shall be kept closed, and waste shall be stored in such manner as not to be visible from the exterior of such outside enclosures. Tenant shall cause all of its waste to be regularly removed from the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. Tenant shall keep all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in the Premises free and clear of all obstructions at all times.

  • Garbage Disposal You are responsible for ensuring Your and Your guests’ rubbish is removed from the Room, Building and Common Property in a timely manner and properly deposited in the communal rubbish areas allocated by Us for collection. You must use all garbage chutes according to pasted instructions near chutes.

  • CLEAN AIR AND WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT Customer Purchase Orders using federal funds must contain a provision that requires the Contractor to agree to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387). Violations must be reported to the Federal awarding agency and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Pursuant to the Federal Rule above, Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387) and will remain in compliance during the term of the Contract.

  • Solid Waste Solid Waste collection shall be pursuant to Town regulations.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.
