Traumatic Incident Sample Clauses

The 'Traumatic Incident' clause defines what constitutes a traumatic event within the context of the agreement and outlines the procedures or rights triggered by such an occurrence. Typically, this clause specifies the types of incidents covered, such as serious accidents, violence, or other significant disruptions, and may detail the obligations of the parties, such as notification requirements or the provision of support services. Its core function is to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of what qualifies as a traumatic incident and to establish a framework for responding appropriately, thereby reducing uncertainty and facilitating effective management of such situations.
