Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.

Use of Buildings In addition to use and control of the Church and Parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx'x office, as provided by Canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by the Xxxxxx, Wardens and Vestry.
Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.
CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT Exhibitors or their agents shall not injure or deface any part of the exhibit building, the booths, or booth contents or show equipment and décor. When such damage appears, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. 14.
Use of County Buildings The Union shall be allowed the use of areas normally used for meeting purposes for meetings of County employees during non-work hours when:
Use of Building With prior notice to the principal/director, Association members of that school may hold meetings in their school building before or after regular duty hours or after the student contact day. Assigned duties take priority over such meetings.
DAMAGE TO COUNTY FACILITIES, BUILDINGS OR GROUNDS 8.16.1 The Contractor shall repair, or cause to be repaired, at its own cost, any and all damage to County facilities, buildings, or grounds caused by the Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor. Such repairs shall be made immediately after the Contractor has become aware of such damage, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the occurrence.
PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:
Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
