A Travel Notification clause requires one party, typically an employee or contractor, to inform the other party in advance about any travel plans that may affect their availability or obligations under the agreement. This clause often specifies the required notice period and the method of communication, such as email or written notice, and may apply to both business and personal travel. Its core function is to ensure that all parties are aware of potential absences, allowing for better planning and minimizing disruptions to ongoing projects or responsibilities.
