Travelling Between Radial Areas. The provisions of subclause (5) of this clause shall apply to an employee who is required by the employer to travel daily from one of the areas mentioned in subclauses (2) and (4) of this clause to an area, or another area, mentioned in subclauses (2) and (4) of this clause.

  • TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES 1.01 Work performed outside the city limits shall be termed Out-of-Town Work.

Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.
