Treatment of Seniority While on Leave. When an Employee has been granted leave of absence with pay, the seniority of such Employee shall be retained and accumulated and any benefits measured by length of service shall accumulate during such leave of absence. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, an Employee on approved leave of absence without pay shall retain, but not accumulate seniority during the period of leave.
