Triple Time. On Public Holidays, the Musician shall be paid at the rate of triple time per 15 minutes for any time worked over and above the maximum rehearsal or performance time specified in clauses 1.1 or 1.4.
Triple Time. In the event an Employee is required to work a shift in excess of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours straight with no shift break, the Employee will be compensated at triple time for all consecutive time worked in excess of twenty-four (24) hours, provided that the Employee has the prior approval of the Company. In the event that the Employee cannot contact the Company representative in order to obtain prior approval, the Employee may act on the written approval of the customer.
