True and Accurate Information; Ownership. Information Client has provided on the Application is incorporated into this Advisory Agreement. Client attests that such information, and any other information provided to Betterment in connection with the services contemplated by this Advisory Agreement, is current, accurate, truthful, and complete. Unless otherwise required by this Advisory Agreement, Client agrees to promptly notify Betterment via the Interface of any change to the information, but in any event within thirty days of such change. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Betterment and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all Losses arising out of or relating to Client’s failure to provide true and accurate information on the Application or to update such information as required. Client further represents that no one else has an interest in the Account except Client and any other person that Client has previously disclosed to Betterment through the Application, Interface, or otherwise in a manner specified by Betterment.

Client further represents that no one else has an interest in the Account except Client and any other person that Client has previously disclosed to Betterment Securities through the Application, Interface, or otherwise in a manner specified by Betterment Securities.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Betterment Securities and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all Losses arising out of or relating to Advisor or Client’s failure to provide information that is current, accurate, truthful and complete on the Application or to update the Information as required. This includes, but is not limited to, any information regarding Client’s request to have Betterment grant Advisor access to and the ability to control portions of Client’s Account via the Website (such access and ability being subject in all respects to the terms of the Advisor Agreements). Client further represents that no one else has an interest in the Account except Client and any other person that Client has previously disclosed to Betterment Securities through the Application, Interface, or otherwise in a manner specified by Betterment Securities.
True and Accurate Information; Ownership. The information I have provided on my Trading Account Opening Application and all other forms is current, accurate, truthful and complete. I specifically confirm that the information I have provided regarding my Tax residence is accurate. Under penalties of perjury, I declare that all information provided by me to GTN Asia in the application forms and all forms, to the best of my knowledge and belief are true, correct and complete. I acknowledge and agree that GTN Asia reserves the right to perform any type of search either manual or electronic in order to verify my residential details, tax status as a US person or US specified person or my tax residence under CRS. In the event of any inconsistency between the search results and the information provided by me, GTN Asia reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and close my Account/s. I also agree to duly comply with DUE DILIGENCE procedures of GTN Asia under FATCA. If I am identified as a Recalcitrant Customer under FATCA, GTN Asia reserves the right to and terminate this Agreement and close my Account/s. The Account Xxxxxx agrees to duly comply with all due diligence procedures of GTN Asia under CRS. Unless otherwise required by this Agreement, I agree to notify GTN Asia of any change to the information I provided on my Trading Account Opening Application and any other form promptly, but in any event within thirty (30) days of such change. I agree to indemnify and hold GTN Asia, its Affiliates, and their respective directors, officers and employees harmless from and against any and all Claims or Losses arising out of or relating to my failure to provide true and accurate information on my Trading Account Opening Application or to update such information as required. I further represent that no one else has an interest in my Trading Account except me and any other person that I have previously disclosed to GTN Asia through the Trading Account Opening Application or otherwise in a manner specified by GTN Asia. GTN Asia shall be authorized to send Statements of Account, notices, and other important documents to me at the address stated on my Trading Account Opening Application (or to such other address as I may notify to GTN Asia from time to time), and any such documents shall be deemed to have been delivered to me once they have been left at that address.

Unless otherwise required by this Agreement, Client agrees to promptly notify Optimal via the Interface of any change to the information, but in any event within thirty days of such change. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Optimal and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all Losses arising out of or relating to Client’s failure to provide true and accurate information on the Application or to update such information as required. Client further represents that no one else has an interest in the Account except Client and any other person that Client has previously disclosed to Optimal through the Application, Interface, or otherwise in a manner specified by Optimal.
True and Accurate Information; Ownership. Information Client has provided on its Investment Profile is incorporated into this Agreement. Client has and will provide Kindur with truthful, complete, current and accurate information about Client’s identity, background, net worth, investing timeframe, other risk considerations, any Securities from which Client may be or become legally restricted from buying or selling, as requested, and other investment accounts, as requested, in the Investment Profile and will promptly update that information as Client’s circumstances change, but in any event within thirty (30) days of any such change. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Kindur and its affiliates harmless from and against any and Losses (as defined in Section 7 (entitled “Limitation of Liability and Indemnification”)) arising out of or relating to Client’s failure to provide true and accurate information on the Investment Profile or to update such information as required. Client further represents that no one else has an interest in the Account except Client and any other person that Client has previously disclosed to Kindur through the Investment Profile or otherwise in a manner specified by Kindur.

Information Client has provided on the Application and Interface (including information provided by Advisor on Client’s behalf) is incorporated into this Sub-Advisory Agreement (the “Information”). Client attests that such Information is current, accurate, truthful, and complete. Unless otherwise required by this Sub-Advisory Agreement, Client agrees to promptly notify Betterment via the Interface of any change to the Information, but in any event within thirty days of such change. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Betterment and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all Losses arising out of or relating to Advisor’s or Client’s failure to provide true and accurate information on the Application or to update the Information as required. This includes, but is not limited to, any information regarding Client’s request to have Betterment grant Advisor access to and the ability to control portions of Client’s Account via the Website (such access and ability being subject in all respects to the terms of the Advisor Agreements). Client further represents that no one else has an interest in the Account except Client and any other person that Client has previously disclosed to Betterment through the Application, Interface, or otherwise in a manner specified by Betterment.
True and Accurate Information; Ownership. The information I have provided on my Access Application is current, accurate, truthful and complete. Unless otherwise required by this Agreement, I agree to notify each Participating Racetrack of any change to the information I provide on my Access Application promptly, but in any event no later than the earlier of (i) ten business days before I enter a new Funds Transfer request, or (ii) within fifteen (15) days of such change. I agree not to place any Funds Transfer requests through the IFS-FT module at any time that my Access Application information is no longer accurate. I agree to indemnify and hold each Participating Racetrack, InCompass, the Clearing Bank, and their respective affiliates harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, cost, judgment, arbitration award, settlement, tax, penalty, action, damage, charge, expense or fee (including attorneys' fees and costs of collection) of any nature whatsoever, and claims therefore (collectively, "Losses") arising out of or relating to my failure to provide true and accurate information on my Access Application or to update such information as required. I further represent that no one else has an interest in the Accounts except me and any other person that I have previously disclosed to each Participating Racetrack through the Access Application or otherwise in a manner specified by each Participating Racetrack.
True and Accurate Information; Ownership. You attest that the information you provide in TSA Portfolio Management Inc. account opening documentation is true, current, accurate and complete. Client agrees to notify TSA Portfolio Management Inc. via the Website, or by emailing xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx within 30 days if any information has changed. You shall indemnify TSA Portfolio Management Inc. and its principals, partners, officers, directors, agents and employees, and sub-advisors against any losses, claims, or damages, including legal fees, which may be incurred by you as a result of their reliance upon inaccurate or stale information provided by you. Client represents that no one other than Client has interest in TSA Portfolio Management Inc. Accounts except as Client and any other person Client may have indicated in account opening documentation. Service Not Available Outside United States or to Non-Resident Aliens The TSA Portfolio Management Inc.’s Website is only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old, residing in the United States of America or affiliated territories. United States citizens who are living abroad but have a residential address in the United States have the ability to open accounts. Resident aliens living in the United States and non-resident aliens do not have the ability to open accounts on this platform. Any residence changes must be promptly reported. Method of Communication

Unless otherwise required by this Advisory Agreement, Client agrees to promptly notify Qapital via the Interface of any change to the information, but in any event within thirty days of such change. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Qapital and its Related Parties harmless from and against any and all Losses arising out of or relating to Client’s failure to provide true and accurate information on the Application or to update such information as required. Client further represents that no one else has an interest in the Account or access to it except Client and any other person that Client has previously disclosed to Qapital through the Application, Interface, or otherwise in a manner specified by Qapital.
