Tuition Aid Program. A. Where a department or appointing authority of the State has established a tuition aid program, the Union shall be provided with a published description of the program, if available. Applications for tuition aid and determinations concerning the approval and conditions for payment shall be in accordance with the Merit System Rules (N.J.A.C. 4A:6-4.6). B. The State Colleges/Universities Tuition Waiver Program is described in Letter of Agreement #9 in the back of this Contract.
