Tuition Payment Plans. Tuition for the entire year is due and payable August 1, 2016. As an educational institution, Hilldale School is not in the finance business. However, as a convenience it allows payment of the tuition to be made in two-, ten-, or twelve- payment plans. The two-payment plan has an additional charge for finance and service costs of $150 per child; the ten- and twelve- monthly payment plans have an additional charge for finance and service costs of $300 per child. In addition, payments on these two plans are required to be made using Hilldale School’s Direct Debit Authorization Form. If any payment required to be made by Direct Debit is made in any other manner, there will be a $25 service charge. I/we understand that payments are due according to the attached Tuition, Fees, and Policies Schedule. Tuition Payment Plans. The Parent can choose one of five payment options to fulfill tuition requirements to the School. Annually, Trimesterly, Quarterly, By Unit, Monthly. Tuition is due the first of the month, with a 10 day grace period for those families who rely on benefits to assist in payments.   • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following:

  • Separation Payments Following Executive’s separation from service with Company on or after his Vesting Date (as defined in Section 7), Company shall pay to Executive the sum of THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVEN and 04/100 Dollars ($34,207.04) per month, beginning six months and one week after Executive’s date of separation for a period of ten (10) years, or until Executive’s death, whichever first occurs (the “Separation Payments”). Such payments shall be subject to any and all applicable withholding, Social Security, employment, income and other taxes or assessments, if any, under the applicable tax law. If Executive should die during the ten-year period during which payments are being made under this Paragraph 3, then those payments shall terminate and future payments, if any, shall be made to Executive’s designated beneficiary(ies) or Executive’s estate in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 4 of this Agreement.

  • Separation Payment An ASF Member shall be compensated at the final rate of pay for all unused, accumulated vacation, leave time upon separation from state service, or movement to a vacation ineligible position. An employee on an unpaid leave of absence of more than one (1) year for a purpose other than accepting an unclassified position in state civil service, or an employee on layoff that results in separation from service, may elect to be compensated at the final rate of pay for unused accumulated vacation leave.   • Origination; Payment Terms The Mortgage Loan was originated by a mortgagee approved by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to Sections 203 and 211 of the National Housing Act, a savings and loan association, a savings bank, a commercial bank, credit union, insurance company or other similar institution which is supervised and examined by a federal or state authority, except with respect to a Mortgage Loan purchased from a correspondent as indicated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule. Principal payments on the Mortgage Loan commenced no more than seventy days after funds were disbursed in connection with the Mortgage Loan. The Mortgage Interest Rate as well as, in the case of an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Lifetime Rate Cap and the Periodic Cap are as set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule. Unless specified on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule as an interest-only loan or a Balloon Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Note is payable in equal monthly installments of principal and interest, which installments of interest, with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, are subject to change due to the adjustments to the Mortgage Interest Rate on each Interest Rate Adjustment Date, with interest calculated and payable in arrears, sufficient to amortize the Mortgage Loan fully by the stated maturity date, over an original term of not more than thirty years from commencement of amortization (or forty years for Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as a Balloon Mortgage Loan with a forty year amortization period).   • Termination Payments In the event of termination of the Executive’s employment during the Employment Period, all compensation and benefits set forth in this Agreement shall terminate except as specifically provided in this Section 8.

  • Salary Continuation Payments The Executive shall be eligible to receive his base salary for up to a total period of eighteen (18) months at the annualized rate in effect for him under Paragraph 3 at the time of his Involuntary Termination. The first such payment shall be made on the sixtieth (60th) day following the Executive’s Separation from Service due to such Involuntary Termination provided the requisite Release Condition is satisfied and subsequent salary continuation payments shall be made at periodic intervals in accordance with the Company’s payroll practices for salaried employees. The salary continuation payments to which the Executive becomes entitled in accordance with this Paragraph 4.4 shall be treated as a right to a series of separate payments for purposes of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Benefit Payments Benefit Payments, as referred to in this Agreement, means the sum of (i) Claims, as described in Xxxxxxxxx 0 xxxxx, (xx) Cash Surrender Values, as described in Paragraph 3 below, and (iii) Annuity Payments, as described in Paragraph 7 below.
