Common use of Turnarounds Clause in Contracts

Turnarounds. Where an employee is working beyond daily commuting distance and is required to work for twenty-four (24) consecutive days without a day off the employee will be provided with four days leave and will be paid a transportation allowance of $125. The transportation allowance will only be paid on the condition the employee returns to the jobsite upon the completion of his four days leave and will be paid upon his return to the site.
