Turnover of Documents and Records. Upon demand of the Board after termination of the Agreement for any reason or the expiration of the Agreement by its terms, Provider shall turn over to the Board or its designee within five (5) business days of demand, all materials, supplies, equipment owned or purchased by the Board, completed or partially completed work product or analyses, data, computer disks, documents and any other information relating in any way to the Agreement or the performance or furnishing of Services, except that Provider may keep a copy of such information for its own records subject to other restrictions contained in this Agreement regarding the retention and use of this information. In the event the Board elects to have Provider destroy materials, Provider shall provide an affidavit attesting to such destruction.
