Common use of Twelve Month Employees Clause in Contracts

Twelve Month Employees. A member of the unit who is employed on a twelve (12) month 19 basis shall be allowed paid vacation leave, exclusive of holidays, as follows: (a) An employee with less than five (5) years of continuous service shall accrue one day 21 per month (Twelve (12) days per year).

Twelve Month Employees. A member of the unit who is employed on a twelve (12) month 19 18 basis shall be allowed paid vacation leave, exclusive of holidays, as follows: (a) An employee with less than five (5) years of continuous service shall accrue one day 21 20 per month (Twelve (12) days per year).

A member of the unit who is employed on a twelve 23 (12) month 19 basis shall be allowed paid vacation leave, exclusive of holidays, as 24 follows: (a) An employee with less than five (5) years of continuous service shall accrue 26 one day 21 per month (Twelve (12) days per year). (b) An employee with five (5) years or more of continuous service shall accrue 28 one and one quarter days per month (fifteen (15) days per year).

(b) An employee with five (5) years or more of continuous service shall accrue one and 30 one quarter days per month (fifteen (15) days per year).

A member of the unit who is employed on a twelve (12) month 19 basis 28 shall be allowed paid vacation leave, exclusive of holidays, as follows: (a) An employee with less than five (5) years of continuous service shall accrue one day 21 per 30 month (Twelve (12) days per year). (b) An employee with five (5) years or more of continuous service shall accrue one and one 32 quarter days per month (fifteen (15) days per year).
