Common use of Twelve Month Employees Clause in Contracts

Twelve Month Employees. Effective October 1, 2021, the School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $1,039.00 per month toward the premium for dependent coverage for each eligible employee who qualifies for and is enrolled in a School District family health and hospitalization plan.

Twelve Month Employees. The district reserves the right to make additional premium contributions for any individual employee to meet the health care affordability requirements of state or federal law.
