Twelve Month Employees. If schools are closed by action of the Employer for any reason, employees shall make every effort to report to work. Employees failing to report for work, except for impassable highways, personal illness or jury duty, shall make up the time not worked at their regular rates of pay, or salary may be deducted.

Twelve Month Employees. If schools are closed by action of the Employer for any reason, employees shall make every effort to report to work. Employees failing to report for work, except for impassable highways, personal illness or jury duty, shall make up the time not worked at their regular rates of pay, or salary may be deducted. First shift employees who report to work shall receive compensatory time for all hours actually worked at the rate of one hour of compensatory time for each hour worked. Compensatory time shall only be given for those days which the state does not require to be made up.
