Type of Response. Merced County Fire automatic aid response shall consist of one Engine Company with a minimum of 1-0 staffing, responding into Madera County, those areas delineated and identified on the Auto Aid Map. Merced County Fire will provide the engine that has capabilities similar to that of a Type I engine. Merced County Fire’s Water Tender is not part of this agreement and will still have to be requested through Mutual Aid if needed. Type of Response. Merced County Fire automatic aid response shall consist of one (1) Engine Company with a minimum of 2-0 staffing, responding into Madera County. Merced County Fire will provide the apparatus requested upon dispatch.
Type of Response. In order to verify the extent of the damage or malfunction, the Contractor shall provide an immediate response to work orders regarding a malfunctioning traffic signal, pedestrian signal, special crosswalk or illuminated pedestrian crossing and any damaged electrical infrastructure. Response time shall be measured as the elapsed time between the Contractor’s receipt of an authorized work order and the arrival of the first qualified and equipped Contractor personnel at the specific work site. Immediate Response shall be defined as the Contractor, on notification by the City, arranging for qualified personnel to proceed without delay to the specified location or locations and beginning the required work. Unless otherwise directed by the City, Immediate Response shall include: repair to a primary (overhead) traffic signal head display or left turn arrow signal head display. repair malfunctioning traffic signal equipment, including traffic signals in Flash state. repair to damage that presents an immediate hazard to motorists, pedestrians and/or public or private property, including but not limited to exposed wires, unstable poles/fixtures, mis-directed traffic signal/pedestrian displays. If the Contractor becomes aware of a malfunctioning traffic signal or damaged transportation system electrical infrastructure via a third party or the signal system software, the City shall immediately be contacted to authorize any further action. The Contractor shall record the name and phone number of the third party.

County will provide the engine that has capabilities similar to that of a Type I engine. County mutual aid response is at the request of the City’s Incident Commander and may consist of one Engine Company or other specialized equipment; such as a Water Tender or Technical Rescue Unit with a minimum of 1-0 staffing responding into the area delineated and identified by blue on the map. City automatic aid response shall consist of one Engine Company with a minimum of 1-0 staffing, responding into the area delineated and identified in green on the map. City will provide an engine that has capabilities similar to that of a Type 1 engine. City mutual aid response is at the request of the County Incident Commander and may consist of one Engine Company or other specialized equipment; such as a Water Tender, Ladder Truck or Technical Rescue Unit with a minimum of 1-0 staffing responding into the area delineated and identified by red on the map.

  • Employee Response The employee upon whom a Notice of Proposed Action has been served shall have seven (7) calendar days to respond to the appointing authority either orally or in writing before the proposed action may be taken. Upon request of the employee and for good cause, the appointing authority may extend in writing the period to respond. References in this Escrow Agreement to any other agreement, instrument, or document are for the convenience of the Parties, and the Escrow Agent has no duties or obligations with respect thereto. This Escrow Agreement sets forth all matters pertinent to the escrow contemplated hereunder, and no additional obligations of the Escrow Agent shall be inferred or implied from the terms of this Escrow Agreement or any other agreement.

  • Incident Response Operator shall have a written incident response plan that reflects best practices and is consistent with industry standards and federal and state law for responding to a data breach, breach of security, privacy incident or unauthorized acquisition or use of any portion of Data, including PII, and agrees to provide LEA, upon request, an executive summary of the written incident response plan.
