Types. All Loans shall, at the option of Borrower, be either Base Rate Loans or LIBOR Loans and may be continued or converted pursuant to Section 2.5, provided that all Loans made pursuant to the same Borrowing shall be of the same Type; provided, however, no more than 10 LIBOR Loan Borrowings shall be outstanding at any time.
