Unauthorised absences. 73.1 Where an employee is absent from duty without authorisation, all pay and other benefits provided under this Agreement will cease to be available to the employee until the employee resumes duty or is granted leave.

Unauthorised absences. 73.1 121. Such absences will not count as service for any purpose. Amounts paid to an employee as a result of an unauthorised payment are overpayments and the Agency will seek to recover those amounts.
