We reserve the right to take steps we believe are reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that we may, without liability to you, access, use, preserve and/or disclose your Account information and any of your data to law enforcement authorities, government officials, and/or a third party, as we believe is reasonably necessary or appropriate, if legally required to do so or if we have a good faith belief that such access, use, disclosure, or preservation is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process or request; (b) enforce these Terms, including investigation of any potential violation thereof; (c) detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud or technical issues; or (d) protect our rights, property or safety, its users, a third party, or the public as required or permitted by law.

  • Unauthorised use We shall not be liable for any loss, liability or cost whatsoever arising from any unauthorised use of the Electronic Service. You shall on demand indemnify, protect and hold us harmless from and against all losses, liabilities, judgements, suits, actions, proceedings, claims, damages and costs resulting from or arising out of any act or omission by any person using an Electronic Service by using your designated passwords, whether or not you authorised such use.
