Underlying Contracts. The terms of this Agreement will govern the use of PHI under any Underlying Contract. Except as specified herein, all other terms of an Underlying Contract will continue in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict among the provisions of this Agreement and the Underlying Contract, the provisions of this Agreement will control.

Underlying Contracts. The terms of this B.A. Agreement shall prevail in the case of any conflict with the terms of any Underlying Contract to the extent and only to the extent necessary to allow Covered Entities to comply with the Privacy Rule.

  • Existing Contracts Billing terms and provisions contained in existing contracting entity agreements (existing as of the date this policy is approved by the Board of Supervisors) shall remain in effect for the life of the contract. However, when these existing contracts are renegotiated, they shall contain the billing provisions as set forth in this policy.

  • Scheduled Contracts Except as set forth in Section 4.15 of the Company Disclosure Letter (each item listed or required to be listed in such Company Disclosure Letter being referred to herein as a “Scheduled Contract”), as of the date hereof, neither Company nor Company Sub is a party or otherwise subject to:

For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby agreed, and the Concessionaire hereby acknowledges, that all sums claimed by such Contractors as being due and owing for works and services performed or accruing on account of any act, omission or event prior to such date shall constitute debt between the Concessionaire and such Contractors, and the Authority shall not in any manner be liable for such sums.
