Unfavorable Evaluations. 6.8.1 Within twenty (20) working days of receipt of an unfavorable (predominately “needs improvement”) evaluation, the unit member may request, in writing, a conference between the evaluator and the unit member with a CEFA representative present if requested by the unit member. Such conference shall be held within five (5) working days when time permits, but in no case, more than fifteen (15) working days.
6.8.2 If a unit member received an unfavorable evaluation (“needs improvement”) supportive assistance and specific recommendation will be provided including but not limited to meeting with administrator, textbook recommendations, and staff development.
