Common use of Uniform Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Uniform Maintenance. The University will provide employees who are furnished and required by the University to wear a uniform, a maintenance allowance of $350.00 annually, unless laundry and dry cleaning facilities are available and the service is furnished without cost to the employees. In addition, such employees shall receive a shoe allowance in the amount of $150.00 annually, unless the University furnishes shoes. These amounts are subject to withholding.
