Common use of Uniforms and overalls Clause in Contracts

Uniforms and overalls. Should the Employer require an employee to wear any uniform or overall (other that specified in clause 16.5) the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of purchasing or maintaining the uniform or overall. Should the Employer fail to reimburse the employee, the Employer will provide, maintain, and clean such uniform in good repair without cost to the employee.
