UNIFORMS AND PROTECTIVE FOOTWEAR. Employees who are required by the Employer to purchase protective footwear shall be reimbursed annually up to one hundred and fifteen dollars ($115), including taxes, for the purchase of protective footwear. Every third year, employees who are required by the Employer to wear a uniform will be issued seven (7) shirts and seven (7) pairs of pants.
