Common use of Union Affiliation Clause in Contracts

Union Affiliation. The parties recognize the right of all employees to be free to join the Union and to participate in lawful concerted Union activities or refrain from membership or activity. Therefore, the parties agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, coercion, harassment, or reprisal against any employee on the basis of that employee’s desire to participate in or refrain from lawful concerted Union activities.
