Common use of UNION DUES CHECK-OFF Clause in Contracts

UNION DUES CHECK-OFF. 6.01 On each pay date on which a Member is paid the Board shall deduct from each Member the OSSTF dues and any dues chargeable by the Bargaining Unit or an equivalent amount.
