The Employer shall grant leave of absence, without pay and without loss of seniority, for employees to attend Union conventions, seminars, educational classes and other such Union business provided that: (a) not more than three (3) employees shall be permitted such leave at any one time; (b) no individual leave shall exceed ten (10) working days; (c) the total number of days off in any one calendar year shall not exceed thirty
