Common use of Union Interviews Clause in Contracts

Union Interviews. 6.01 During the term of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to furnish the Union monthly with a written list of all new employees who have completed their probationary period and have become members of the regular staff; this list to include the employee’s name and the department in which she/he is working and a copy of said list to be furnished to the Chief Xxxxxxx. This said list to further contain the date, time and place for interviewing such employees.
