Union-Management Committee on State Payroll System. A. The parties agree to establish a Union-Management Committee to advise the State Controller on planned and anticipated changes to the State’s payroll system. Topics to be explored include, but are not limited to, design of and transition to a biweekly pay system, hourly rates of pay, changes in earnings statements, and direct deposit of employee’s pay.

The parties agree to establish a Union-Management Committee to advise the State Controller on planned and anticipated changes to the State’s payroll system. Topics to be explored include, but are not limited to, accuracy and timeliness of the issuance of overtime warrants, changes in the earning statements, and design of and transition to a biweekly pay system, hourly rates . The committee shall be comprised of pay, changes in earnings statements, an equal number of management representatives and direct deposit Union representatives. The union may have one representative who shall serve without loss of employee’s paycompensation.
