Union Position Leave. When an employee is elected as the Union's President or First Vice-president (Provincially)the Union will immediatelyfollowing such election advise the Employer of the name of the employee so elected. Leave of absence shall be granted from the employee's place of employment for the duration of the current term of office. The Union shall reimburse the Employer the amounts paid on behalf of the employee, including pay and benefits.
