UNION REPRESENTATION AND BULLETIN BOARDS. (a) The employees covered by this Agreement will be represented by one (1) xxxxxxx to the first shift (days), one (1) xxxxxxx to the second shift (evenings) and one (1) xxxxxxx to the food service employees. The Union shall have the exclusive right to assign said stewards.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND BULLETIN BOARDS. 7.1 Agents of the Union who are not employees of the Employer will be permitted to visit job sites and work locations for the purpose of investigating grievances and administration of the Agreement at mutually agreeable times. Prior to such visits the Union representative will notify the local Nurse Executive of the facility or her/his designee of the intended visit and shall receive permission to conduct a visit so that her/his activities do not occur in patient care areas and do not interfere with patient care or the effective operation of the facility. Permission shall not be unreasonably denied.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND BULLETIN BOARDS. 1. No employee shall engage in any Union activity that is prohibited by law including the distribution of literature which could interfere with the performance of work during his/her working time or in working areas of the Employer at any time.

Section 1 A representative of the Union, after informing the Employer in advance of her intention to visit the Institute, shall have reasonable access to the Employers premises for the sole purpose of conferring with the Employer or the Union delegate regarding the administration of this Agreement, providing there is no interference with the work of any employee and no interruption in patient care or efficient administration of the Hospital. In any event, the representative of the Union, shall upon arrival at the Employer's premises, clear through the regular channels for receiving visitors and may be accompanied by a representative of the Employer when visiting the premises.
