Union Representative Visits. Authorized officers of the Union shall be permitted to enter the premises of the Company during working hours to confer with its Members provided there shall be no interference with the proper transaction of the Company's business and that such Union officers shall first sign in on the visitors log and notify Store Management. The Union will advise the Company of the current Union Representatives in a timely manner.
