Union Use of District Facilities. The Union may maintain a Union bulletin board (36”x 48” max.) at each work location members are assigned to. The purpose of the board is to communicate with members as necessary to provide adequate representation. The District will not censor the communications posted on the Union board nor tamper with or alter the board and its contents in any way without prior notification of the Union.

Union Use of District Facilities. The Union shall be allowed to hold meetings in any District fire station with advance approval of the Fire Chief or designee. The Union is permitted to have guests or speakers at their Union meetings. All off-duty members are permitted to enter District facilities to attend preapproved Union meetings. Absent approval of the Fire Chief or contract ratification meetings, on duty employees will not be allowed to leave their assigned stations to attend union meetings, but they may participate in Union meetings via District video teleconference.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.

  • Limitation of District Liability Other than as provided in this Agreement, District’s financial obligations under this Agreement shall be limited to the payment of the compensation provided in this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event, shall District be liable, regardless of whether any claim is based on contract or tort, for any special, consequential, indirect or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement for the services performed in connection with this Agreement.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.
