– UNION WORK JURISDICTION. Subject to exclusions in Article 1 of this Agreement, all work in the preparation for sale, handling and selling of fresh, frozen, cooked and smoked: prepared meats, fresh meats, fish and poultry shall be performed by employees of the Employer who are members of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 247, with the following exceptions:
