UNIT MEMBER DAY AND YEAR. 1. All unit members shall be assigned an appropriate starting and dismissal time. The unit member’s day shall not exceed seven and one-half (7-1/2) continuous hours, including a duty-free lunch that is equal to the time provided students, but in no case less than an uninterrupted one-half (1/2) hour with the following exceptions:
