Unlawful Transactions. You aren’t permitted to use your Account for unlawful Transactions. If you do use your Account for unlawful Transactions, this Agreement still applies and you must pay us for those Transactions. You also may have to pay the Card Network and/or us for any damages and expenses resulting from that use. In addition, we may close your Account.

Unlawful Transactions. Your Card shall not be used for any illegal transaction, such as unlawful gambling. The Credit Union shall not be liable for any illegal transaction performed by you or anyone you authorize to use your card.
Unlawful Transactions. The Company agrees not to use the OTM Services for any illegal or unlawful purpose. The Company further acknowledges and agrees that the Bank has no obligation to monitor or review the Company’s transactions for legality and that the Bank may presume that all of the Company’s transactions are legal in all applicable jurisdictions. The Bank reserves the right however, to decline any transaction that it believes is an illegal transaction or a high-risk transaction in any applicable jurisdiction. The Bank is not responsible for the recovery or reimbursement to the Company of any funds transferred in connection with any authorized transaction that is determined to be illegal. Company further agrees that the OTM Services shall not be used in locations prohibited under United States laws and regulations including, without limitation, laws and regulations issued and administered by the United States Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control The Company further agrees not to use any Account(s) or any of the OTM Services to engage in any internet or online gambling transaction, including, without limitation, those activities prohibited by the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, 31 U.S.C. Section 5361 et seq. The Bank reserves the right to decline any transaction that it believes is an internet or online gambling transaction.
Unlawful Transactions. Your card or Account may not be used directly or indirectly in a manner that would constitute a crime under local, state, or federal law, or in any illegal activity, including without limitations (1) any “racketeering activity” as defined in 18 U.S.C. §1961, or (2) any gambling, gaming, betting, or similar activity or transaction. Further, you may not use your card or Account for purchase of any goods or services on the Internet that involve gambling, gaming, betting, or any similar transaction or activity. Such transactions include, but are not limited to, any quasi-cash or online gambling transactions, any electronic commerce transactions conducted over an open network, and any betting transaction including the purchase of lottery tickets or casino gaming chips or checks, or off-track betting or wagering. Display of a payment card logo by an online merchant does not mean that internet gambling or other transactions are legal in the jurisdiction in which you are located. However, in the event that a charge or transaction described in this paragraph is approved and processed, you will still be responsible for such charges. If you use your card or Account directly or indirectly in an unlawful manner you understand that your Account may be declared in default and that we may exercise any rights available to us, including, but not limited to, accelerating your Account Balance and demanding immediate payment thereof. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your Account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your Account as a cash advance including, but not limited to, wire transactions, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.

We may cancel your card and terminate your HSA if you engage in unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities.

Unlawful Transactions. You certify that you will not use your Account or any Bank service for any illegal transactions or activity including but not limited to those activities prohibited by the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, 31 U.S.C. Section 5361 et. seq. Further, you represent and warrant that all transactions initiated or conducted by you are legal and not in violation of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act or any other law. Unlawful Transactions. You aren’t permitted to use your Account for unlawful Transactions. If you do use your Account for unlawful Transactions, this Agreement still applies and you must pay us for those Transactions. You also may have to pay the Card Network and/or us for any damages and expenses resulting from that use. In addition, we may close your Account. Mobile Phone or Other Devices. Smart phones, tablets and other electronic devices can store your Card (such as through a mobile wallet). This means they can be used to make Purchases or other Transactions. Any such Transactions are covered by this Agreement. Apps that use your Card to make Transactions may have separate terms of use. We’re not responsible if you violate those terms, or for any consequences resulting from any violation. Your Account use is subject to this Agreement. You must pay us for all amounts due on your Account, including:
Unlawful Transactions. You agree that you will not use the Loan Type(s) under this Agreement to make or facilitate any illegal transactions(s). Such use will be an event of default. The Credit Union shall not be liable for any such use by you or any authorized user(s). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Credit Union and its successors from any suits, liability, damages or other adverse actions or consequences of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the illegal use of the Loan Type(s) under this Agreement.
Unlawful Transactions. You shall be responsible for using the Card responsibly. We may terminate the use of the Card if we suspect that you are using the Card for any unlawful activities including but not limited to illegal online betting and/or gambling activities. Although we reserve the right to not approve any Card transactions which we suspect are unlawful, you agree that we do not owe any duty and/or obligation to monitor and block the use of your Card for any unlawful activities. We may also request for information from you and you will provide the requested information to us promptly. Regardless of the above, you shall continue to be fully liable to pay us the amount due in respect of such transactions and you will not use this as a defence to refuse payment of any amounts due to us.
