Common use of Unpaid Leave for Family Purpose Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Leave for Family Purpose. An employee may elect, with the consent of the Company, to take unpaid leave, for a reasonable period of time, for the purpose of providing care and support to a class of person set out in 7.3(a)(iii) above who is ill. The duration of the leave is to be agreed between the parties.
