Unpaid Leave for Family Purpose. An employee may elect to take 2 days unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care to a family member who is ill if: i. You have already taken the 10 days per annum leave ii. You do not have any personal leave available iii. You are engaged as a casual employee

Unpaid Leave for Family Purpose. An employee may elect elect, with the consent of the employer, to take 2 days unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care to a family member who is ill if: i. You have already taken ill. The employer and employee shall agree on the 10 period. In the absence of agreement, the employee is entitled to take up to two days (up to a maximum of 16 hours) per annum leave ii. You do not have any personal leave available iii. You occasion, provided the requirements in 14.1.7, 14.1.8, and 14.1.9 are engaged as a casual employeemet.

You have already taken ill. Council and the 10 employee shall agree on the period. In the absence of agreement, the employee is entitled to take up to two days (up to a maximum of 16 hours) per annum leave ii. You do not have any personal leave available iii. You occasion, provided the requirements in clause 30.3 are engaged as a casual employeemet.

You occasion, provided the requirements in 16.4.2 and 16.4.3 are engaged as a casual employeemet.

An employee may elect elect, with the consent of the employer, to take 2 days unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care or support to a family member who is ill if: i. You where they have already taken exhausted their entitlement to any paid leave including access to the 10 leave loan scheme and emergency leave. The employer and employee shall agree on the period. In the absence of agreement, the employee is entitled to take up to two (2) days per annum leave ii. You do not have any personal leave available iii. You occasion, provided the requirements in clause 45.4 are engaged as a casual employeemet.

An employee may elect elect, with the consent of the employer, to take 2 days unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care to a family member who is ill if: i. You have already taken ill. You do not have any personal leave available iii. You occasion, provided the requirements in clauses 39.3 and 39.4 are engaged as a casual employeemet.
