Unsafe Conditions or Equipment. Any employee who believes that any working condition or machinery is unsafe shall immediately call it to the attention of their supervisor. The supervisor shall immediately discuss the matter with the employee and try to arrive at a mutual agreement as to whether or not an unsafe condition exists. If unable to reach a mutual agreement on the matter, the supervisor may make a decision on the matter.
