Unsafe Workplace Closure. In the event that the Society closes the School or a portion of the School because the School is deemed to be unsafe or potentially unsafe to occupy, employees shall not be required to enter into or occupy the sections of the School which have been deemed to be unsafe or potentially unsafe.
