Unsettled Disputes. Any matter discussed by the Company and the Shop Committee pursuant to Section 8.02 hereof which is not adjusted to the satisfaction of both parties and any dispute over the settlement of a grievance at the Third Step may be required by either party to be submitted to arbitration provided that it shall be deemed to be settled or abandoned if within ten (10) working days after a final decision has been announced neither party shall have given written notice of intent to submit the matter to arbitration.
