UNUSED SICK LEAVE PAID. For the employee's second (2nd) and succeeding anniversary dates of employment, any unused sick leave to which an employee may be entitled shall be paid on the employee's anniversary date of employment. After a year's employment, the employee in the event of termination, shall be entitled to a payoff of unused sick leave entitlement and to pro rata payment of accumulated sick leave since his last anniversary date.
