Upholding Bargaining Agent Principles. No employee shall be discharged or discriminated against for upholding union principles that constitute protected activity under the Collective Bargaining Act. No member working under the instructions of the union, or who serves on a committee, shall be discontinued from employment or be discriminated against for that reason, it being understood that such activities may not materially interfere with the performance of the employee's normal duties.
