Upholding Union Principles. No employee shall be discriminated against for the upholding of Union principles, and any employee who heeds the instructions of the Union, or who serves on a committee, shall not lose their position or be discriminated against for this reason. The Union shall not discourage any employee from carrying out their work assignment for the City.
